We had a terrific turnout for the Mardi Gras party.  See pictures.  Owners, owners guests,  and our snowbird renters all enjoyed an evening of Cajun BBQ ribs, chicken and sausage Louisiana gumbo, Baton Rouge dirty rice, yummy bread pudding with whisky sauce and many other great dishes. The theme dinner parties are growing in size and popularity and we are pleased with the participation of so many owners and renters. Plans are in the works to create a great St. Patrick\'s Day dinner party. We will be doing the food, drink and seating plans based upon the number of people who RSVP no later than noon Tuesday March 10. We will have a preprinted guest list for people to sign. With the growth of the theme dinner parties extra volunteer help is needed and surely appreciated.
