Broken Glass and Trash!!! HELP!!

Homeowners and Agents! URGENT
DMBC desperately need you help. Please NOTIFY your guests (vistors) and
renters that we DO NOT ALLOW glass of any kind on DMBC Common Areas!
Several incidents of broken glass and beer bottles being left in the View Lounge
and parking area's have happened. This is a dangerous situation for both adults
and kids. Please keep everyone safe, this weekend and all summer! We all have
to take reponsibility.
NOTHING BUT PLASTIC CONTAINERS ON THE DMBC GROUNDS!!
While I have your attention, all homeowners and renters are to park only in their
designatedparking spaces.
Remind your guests and renters that they are responsible to clean up ALL trash
while using the DMBC command areas!
Remind your guests and renters that no towels hanging over patios, no surf boards
or boogie boards left laying in carports as well as bikes and skateboards.
It's going to be a long weekend and summer. Please remind your guests and
tenentsto respect your property and the Del Mar Beach Club property.
