On September 9th, the City Council approved a Local Coastal Plan and Land Use Plan, to be submitted to the California Coastal Commission for approval.  These Plans can potentially affect us, significantly, because they establish regulations and fees for the building and maintenance of sea walls, including ours. The Plans can be viewed at the City's website, by clicking here: Local Coastal Plan 

     A representative of the Beach & Bluff Conservancy , an organization of bluff home owners, will speak to us about these issues at our Annual Meeting, September 26.
